Basically, a crafty and creative YouTuber, named Robbaz, used the development/modding tools to make a mashup of Far Cry 4 and The Goat Simulator. He replaced all of the drug cartel members and soldiers with an army of goats and then goes on an insane rampage to rid the world of the nefarious beasts.It plays out like some sort of hilarious James Bond parody, and Robbaz' accent definitely adds to the overall humor of the video.
