hi I'm Jenny from London
I lent a friend my Galaxy Tab 2 and she managed to go back to factory re-set but i am unable to
access the tablet as it asks for her by name and her password. How can I obliterate this please?

Why would your friend erase your data and lock you out of the device?

Can you boot into recovery and perform another factory reset?

She didn't do it on purpose and put it back to Factory re-set, but I can't get past her name
and p/word. I am also a technophobe and i appreciate your taking the trouble to help.
I will try again as you suggest and see what comes about
