Hi guys I am new here and I need help with Droid Eris. I just got a new one and I love it. Pretty much what I need help with is the rooting process. If someone coupd be nice enough to help me with that it would ve awesome!!!

I've only rooted a Moto Droid so my suggestion may not be accurate. For me the most comprehensive rooting process is Matth3W's (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/ha...-phone-2-1-rom-o-c-mm-boot-animation-etc.html). I would study this tutorial and give it a try.
