How dew I save pitcures that I get?

What do you mean 'get'? Are you referring to pictures taken with the built in camera, inserted in the SD card through the USB cable or saved from web pages?

Long press (hold the screen down) on a picture you will get a menu of items save to SD.

Pictures in a text, I press down on the pik and I save it to the sd card, but where do I go after that?

Sounds like you figured out how to save them is your question now how to view them? If so then look in your "Gallery". Welcome to the site.
