Help with using SetCPU please

so I have watched some youtube videos and have a general idea. Looking for some advice on how I should set my profiles.

I set mine just for a template and can go back in and change them according to the suggestions I get from you guys.

these are my profiles currently:

Charging: 1024m X 245m
Battery 85%:768m X 245m
screen off:368m X 235m
What should I change these to?

what else should I have for profiles and what should I set them to?

for now I have no custom Rom or kernals. My goal is to help make my battery last as long as possible right now. I would think after installing a custom ROM I will need to change my settings?

If you use certain kernels you won't need profiles but since you are not right now here's my suggestion:

If you use your thunderbolt while charging I would set that max a little lower.
Make sure the priority for screen off is the highest out of all your profiles.

Note: Update goodies for BAMF are coming soon. I would hop on the Bamf wagon. or at least try it.

What should I have my main set to? currently I have 1024 x 245

The video i watched showed me to have all my profiles at 100% is that incorrect?
