Help with Liberty 2.0.1

Ok guys I installed 2.0.1 and my apps aren't automatically downloading in the market like they usually do after installing a new rom with wiping. I restored all my apps with titanium backup but since they aren't in the market, I'm not gonna be prompted for updates. Can someone please help? Thank you.

Download the patch in the toolbox, reflash liberty and it should work.

There's a couple different patches in toolbox. Which one are you talking about? And and I just download it, then flash 2.0.1 again and this patch will somehow be applied? Do I wipe again?
