Help with issues in liberty 2.0.1

I installed liberty 2.0.1 and i get a yellow bar as my boot animation i was wantng to know how i change that and also my charge light don't work help is appreciated

Get into clockwork, try flashing a backup and flash liberty again. Or flash liberty on top of itself. It could have been a bad install
