If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it a lot..
My buddy rooted my phone for me a long time ago and always fixed any bugs or glitches that I ran into along the way..
I had to move (military) and now I don't have a 'tech'. I've read a lot about what I think I need to do but I can't afford to **** up my phone, it's critical to my daily function..
I was hoping someone can tell me (or even write a forum post about it) how to correctly install the android update for moto droid 1 (3.4 MB) on a rooted phone - or if i need to unroot my phone to do it or what? I will study and put effort into doing/understanding this but I need a basic framework of what I'm actually supposed to do..
