Help Rooting a Motorola Droid with ota 2.2

I've searched the site and cant find anything on this. Does anyone know how to root a droid with the 2.2 ota froyo?

I don't think you can do it yet. Try installing a ROM such as ultimate droid or bugless beast which will upgrade you to 2.2 but still give you root and bunch of other goodies.

Go to this post from MotoCache1 and follow the steps he gives you. It worked flawlessly for me.
