After unlocking keep everything open on your computer.

Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?chpoxzb8bl4nn2b

put in in the folder where you have the adb and fastboot tools located. Use the following command to flash the recovery:

fastboot.exe flash recovery recovery-ra-vigor-3.13-gnm.img

'fastboot.exeflash' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

This is my error message

Did you put everything in a folder named "Android " like HTCdev.com recommended?

< waiting for device >

Should my phone be in debugging mode or the Fastboot mode?
