my phone fell out of my purse, i picked it up and the screen wont trun on. I dont have any more insurance. Any way it can be fixed.

Um chances are it would be cheaper and easier to just buy a new/refurb/or used off the internet.

How do you expect an Internet forum to help with physical damage?
This ^ is not the way that we Welcome new Members :icon_ poke:

For the O/P you say the screen is cracked and it won't turn on - do you get power to it at all, do the lights at the bottom come on ?

BTW - :welcome: to the Forum

I vaguely remember reading someone on here talk about replacing the screen on their droid and how it was easy (to them) but I can't for the life of me find the thread (the search on this site needs to allow you to search for a string of words together).

Unfortunately you might just have to buy a new phone =\

Haha this made me giggle. And for OP the info you gave is good, but we need to know more. Like if you plug it in what happens? do the leds come on? or is the device just unresponsive? you sure its the screen?

I ended up buying a new droid ehh.. but i still have the broken one and wondering if it can be fixed or not???. The screen doesnt turn on, the led lights at the bottom do. The battery was the first thing i checked btw. Help if someone knows.

I'll take it for free, ma'am. J/k

You can take it apart to see if one of the connections to the screen came loose.
