HELP locked up phone

was hoping you could help me, i wanted to instal a cyagen mod on my verizon s3. I confirmed it was root unlocked with a root checker.

i placed the CM boot file onto my sd card
i restarted my device to boot into recovery mode and do a backup but instead got
an error message taht says i must visit a verizon wireless store for using unatutorized software.

i had the official 4.3 release

i can boot into odin, when i try to load vralex.bootloader.tar.md5, it either says all threads complete and does nothing or runs and fails.

perhaps i am going about this all wrong? but i have made my phone useless

i want to
a-get the phone working, stock or otherwise
b-get cyagenmod running

i've downloaded COMBINATION_I535VRBLK3_I535VZWBLK3_381038_REV09_user_low_ship.tar.md5.zip, which is a 1gb file, vs the vralex.bootloader.tar.md5 file which is small, should i use that now under bootloader?

i can also get past the verizon error by booting up and holding down the volume down button and i get a a screen with a green android and it says downloading, the not turn off
