Help identifying suspicious permissions

When I run my privacy scanner one thing that grabs my attention is something called "Camera test" it has the green android robot by it. I have done research and am unable to find anything on it. Is it some sort of spyware??

Uninstall. Even if it's a factory app, you don't need it.
