Help deciding on Blue Tooth Radio

I'm looking to buy a blue tooth radio for my car and its been years sine I did this (Used to work at top 40 Station here in Philly) Anyways, I want to get it at Best Buy, I dont wanna spend alot (Up to $150 or so) I wanna be able to play my songs on the droid via blue tooth. I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and some of the controls, ie: volume, station selector are on the steering wheel. I'd like HD radio with it.. I have a casette (IPOD Adapter) stuck in the radio I have now that was used to listen to my ipod, been stuck in there for about 3 years...

Can they make a new radio also use steering wheel controls?

Why do some radios say, HD Ready? Do you have to by something else?

Yes, they can, and they will.

HD Ready means it has a connector that you can add an HD tuner to.
