Well I figured it out!!! I used root explorer and deleted the superuser apks there were too got rid of busy box and su too! Is it ready to go back?

Not if Root Explorer is still working... Or even just present. Any root-only app needs to go.

Well root explorer works no matter what. If u can mount rw its bad. Otherwise I know I need to delete em. But it is good?

Once SU is gone then reboot and do a factory reset. Then download a root-only app and try it. If you get permission denied you're probably good.
