Just got a Droid 2 - first smartphone and "oh my" I realize I have no idea what I'm doing... the simplest things seem confusing.

How do I add a picture to my contacts?

I don't think I've actually ever done that. Somehow my pictures magically appeared with the contacts. I have however figured out how to do it.

Go to your gallery. Select the picture you want for your contact. Press the menu button. Select more. Select set as. Select contacts.

Your contacts list will come up. Tap the contact you want the picture to go to and then save.
