I looking to make the convert to higher end android unit. My iPhone got destroyed a few months back. I figured I would give Android a try this time. I started with a cheap Lg F3. I'm hopeful the poor performance is more of a reflection of the piece of junk phone than Android software. Friends have assured me, that is the case. So I'll be reading through thread looking for guidance on my next purchase. Thanks to all

Thanks for the incite everyone. I checked them out. I liked the HTC and Sammy the best. I think Samsung overall builds better stuff (although the feel of the HTC is nice). Bottom line for me is the waterproof aspect of the Sammy S5 that's got me sold. Two kids = the demise of a smartphone (the story is only funny if it's not yours ). Now I just need to find a good deal on one.
