Hello all!!! New guy here from western New York. I'm a career paramedic for a commercial ambulance agency and a volunteer firefighter and EMS Lt. for my local FD. I stumbled on this site while searching for information on why my phone is slow as molasses and, must say, I think I found the right spot.
