Helix Launcher Home Replacement

Does anyone know what happened to the Helix Launcher app? After the 2.2 update for Droid it kept force closing and wasn't even listed in the market anymore.

Helix does work on 2.2 but you have to go to the website and Donate to obtain the Helix 1.3 apk - The Helix 1 and 2 that were in the Market do not work with Froyo...Helix 1.3 does

There are much better alternative home launchers available...Launcher Pro and ADW Launcher being the two best IMO

Helix has been abandoned i think, it won't work for 2.2

Launcherpro and ADW launcher are the 2 big Homescreen replacements for 2.2

Oh, okay. I didn't know that. Thanks. And yeah, I have ADW right now and LauncherPro is nice but I like Helix because the dock apps are colored.

Colored?

In ADW and LP you can put any icon you want in the dock...even custom icons.

Yea customize it up, I use LPro and have fully custom icons on the doc and home screens... its amazing what can be altered in those launchers. Helix was cool. Was.

Yes but in LP the dock is in grey scale. Unless you can make it colored but I haven't messed with it enough to find out

The dock itself or the icons? Dosen't even matter you can change both.

Here are some docks but their are tons more , just gotta search.
