Headphone jack volume...

Anyone realize how low the music output is through the headphone jack? I just tried connecting my headphones to my droid, and then on my laptop and my laptop outputs music 3 times louder, literally. Is there a setting that'll fix that?

Well I just tried a different pair of headphones and same thing.

are you comparing the same file? what did you use to put your music on your phone? did you use autoleveling while putting them on the phone? i just plugged my headphones in and my music is plenty loud, i'm not sure how it would compare to the same file on my laptop tho, but those are questions that may help you find the answer to your problem....it's very likely they have capped output volume to only 60%.
