Having problems with HD Station Dock

All,

I purchased the HD Station Dock today. Has anyone else purchase this accessory and has anyone have issues hooking up a keyboard or mouse up to it? From the description, it should allow for either a usb/bluetooth keyboard and mouse to be connected:

Any Ideas why I can't get either (usb or bluetooth) to work?
