Hangouts for SMS??

I'm looking for feedback from people who are using Hangouts for day to day sms/mms use. Thanks much!!

i can honestly say Hangouts has replaced the stock MMS app for me I also use the Note 3
Hangouts also has Emoji support built into the app
i like the fact i can text or video call them from the same app


a thing worth noting you have to attach the picture first then text

I've been using Go sms forever....I'm looking for a change and something that I can have my g+ people and sms in one place

It's the only messaging app on the stock N5. Works much better since the last update for me.
