i wished he had stayed with them too but im sure ford is willing to give him more money. I have a soft spot in my heart for subys but he came out and said the ford are much better. He didn't go into any detail but im curious as to what he likes better. (i think its the money he likes better) But hopefully this will bring enough exposure for the Focus RS and maybe bring it to the states eventually. (this would be a game changer)
but this is by far my favorite ken block video.... everyone loves the slow mo shots.

Someone let me know when Mr. Block finishes a SWRC event , then I will
get excited. ( yes ladies and gentelmen that is correct he has yet to finish
a SWRC event, which makes me sad because I've been rooting for him).
Little side story to why he left Subaru, WRC change the rules to Super
2000 (SWRC). The car classifications are as follows;
Derived from production model, of which at least 2500 have been produced in the past year
Maximum of 2 liter (2000 cc) displacement Normal Aspiration 8500 rpm maximum (i believe if the car has a 1.6l i can run a turbo ie Block's Feista)
All wheel drive is permitted
6-speed sequential gearbox (Control specification), or 5-speed MT gearbox retaining original gear ratios.
Front and rear McPherson suspension
No electronic driver aids
Must be for sale at a maximum price of €168,000.
Subaru did not what to get involved (for whatever reason) with this new class so they left. Meaning if Ol' ken Block wanted to compete in SWRC he needed to go elsewhere, and he did.
