yes but you will have to download google maps from the market. the "search" touch key does bring up Bing search but if you root, you can get rid of bing and make the search key do a google search instead.
 
The only thing it can't do is have google set to the hard search key, but like he said rooting can fix that, otherwise this is as much a google phone as any droid. I've never used bing once on this phone, my webpage is set to google as a homepage and I downloaded maps.
