Google Voice Voicemail errors

Since the latest update I cannot get voicemail to work correctly from google voice. About 1/4 of the time it will give the standard Voice greeting (not the personalized one i have it set to), and the rest of the time the Verizon message "the number has been changed, disconnected, or not in service". Anyone else have this problem?

I have deactivated/activated from google voice instructions multiple times with no effect and changed/saved settings to try to kickstart something.
