Google Voice Question

If I choose to show my google voice number on outgoing calls from my phone to other verizon customers, will it not count as an in network call to other verizon customers? Just want to be sure before I choose this option so I'm not screwing my friends and family that are also on verizon. Thanks in advance.

You have to add your google voice number to your "friends-n-family" circle. At least that's what I've read.

You actually need to add the dial-out number (should be indicated when you place a call using GV) that GV uses. It does not dial out on your GV number.

However, it sounds like the OP was asking with respect to other Verizon customers that the OP calls. If they have your GV number in their F&F list it won't count against their minutes. Your GV number isn't a Verizon number.
