Google Voice failed install

I am unable to install google voice from the market. When this happens with other apps I just use a command from terminal, but I am unsure of what google voice is actually called to initiate the command. (like what the name.apk is)

My guess would be /system/app/VoiceDialer.apk. now you can back it up then delete with titanium backup, rebooot, and install if you aren't comfortable with terminal
