Google phone call spam filter not showing whitelist Option on turbo 2

I got a non spam call today and the phone app popped up and said possible spam.
I found an article that said this has been a feature of the phone app for a few years but is the 1st time I saw it.
The article said their is a way to whitelist in the phone app but only found block
Anybody familiar with this feature

Turned out to be Verizon caller ID with name trial that auto turned in on my phone . Strange
