So yesterday my phone informed me that there was a Google Maps update.. so I did it... upon updating, the Voice Search / Nav / and Market no longer worked.
I reinstalled the gapps.update from the 8.4 update and everything is working again.
Did anyone else notice this issue? As best as I can guess, I wont perform any google apps updates or this problem will reappear.
