OK here his my question. When I say ok google to wake up my phone it vibrates. I would like it to make noise or better yet call me by name is there a way to do this?

Ok I thought I had it firgured out under notifications by turning under settings for switch access on. Now the phone beeps at me when I say OK GOOGLE, The underlying problem is still there, which is when I say ok google sometimes the phone will beep at me but the screen will remain black and will not respond to me. It seems to be random thats the weird thing. Any ideas?
