Good remote to PC program?

I was just using LogMeIn last night on my friends iPhone, and fell in love with it. There was a beta of this app on the market last night, and now it's gone. So are there any good, free applications that will allow me to control my desktop from my phone?

So, I bit the bullet on phonemypc. But, is there a way to make it so I can actually like, type in the navigation bar on my web browser? Or IM through AIM? Or even control the cursor?

Well I use the physical keyboard and last time I used it I had to hit menu then A-Z keyboard.

Apparently, I didn't have the most recent version. All is good!

I still wish you could move the cursor around though.

I like gmote it works on wifi or 3g it will also play mp3s from pc on the phone . i have access to all my music where ever i go.
