Getting rid of News and Weather

Hello, I just recently put on SS 4.3 on my phone and absolutely LOVE it. The only problem with it is that on my old ROM there was a script to get rid of News and Weather, but I do not see anything to get rid of it on this ROM. It really annoys me because it always runs in Running Services and I never open it.

I know if you have root explorer you can find the .apk and delete it...

BUT... I think a script for this would be wonderful as well... mostly because I don't have root explorer lol.

Try titanium backup to unistall, it comes on the rom
