Gallery Question

idk why I seem to fail at this, but I can't find my gallery pictures when mounted to the PC.
I swear I looked through all these folders but feel like I'm missing something.

And when I email myself the pictures/video to my gmail, I never get it OR like last time I tried I got it days after I sent it!? 0.o
