Gallery is freezing up

My photo gallery keep freeezing up on me. I get a message that reads "activity Gallery(in application Camera) in not responding." I then get the option to "force close or Wait". I have tried everything that verzion customer service has asked and no luck. I've tried removing the battery, and restarting it and a reboot. Any ideas?

If a battery pull doesn't help I would almost say it is a defect...

Have you had any sdcard issues? Or recently "loaded up" with a lot of photos?
