Galaxy S23 Region lock questions

Hello to all,

I am new to this forum so please bare with me and if this question is not appropriate or related to my question then please let me know and move it to the correct location.

Just have a few questions below:

1. I recently purchased a Galaxy S23 (CARRIER UNLOCKED), from a Samsung Reseller store here from Europe.
2. The sales clerk told me that I need to make calls from my European SIM card for at least 10 minutes and my phone should work in the USA.

I already have made a 10 minute call only on SIM-1.

The phone comes with Dual-SIM, but since I will NOT be using the SIM-2 slot, will I still need to make the 10 minute call from the SIM-2 or just the SIM-1 would be enough since I will be using the SIM-1 only as my main SIM slot.

What is really strange, that the original black sealed box doesn't have that sticker anymore labeled EUROPEAN SIM CARD ONLY.

Maybe Samsung has lifted or removed the Region Lock restrictions?
