FXZ back to OTA from ICS leak...Need help with RSD Lite

Evening guys, I am working on FXZ back to OTA from the ICS leak but am having trouble installing RSD Lite 5.7

using this sticky guide on DB tech support forum

I'm sure it is something very simple that I am not doing but I've tried running it as administrator as I have seen others mention on the internet and still having no luck.

Using Windows 8, after I download RSD Lite 5.7, everytime I try to install it it ask me what app do I want to use to open it instead of installing it. I have tried to to run as administrator and changed permissions which is getting me nowhere

It is also doing the same thing on my desktop running xp.

So does anybody have any ideas on why this is giving me fits?

I will also give my phone version info just incase anyone has any advice to give

Dumb question but did you unzip it? It is a .rar file which means it's compressed. You'll need a program like 7zip (free) to extract the file, and then install it. That's the only reason i can think of as to why its asking you which program to use.
