FRG01B causing headache

I have a rooted droid running FRG22 (from earlier in the summer). This morning i got the OTA message waiting for me to confirm to reboot and install--but it seems like word on the block is that FRG01B is as much fun as reading comics during Catholic school.

Is there any way to stop this recurring message to push the OTA onto my phone? I was under the impression that if I had ANY 2.2 version or if i simply rooted my phone, that this wouldn't persist

If you have a custom recovery installed, like SPR, you should be able to download the update, then the installation will fail and you won't be bothered again

Be sure to check and confirm that you have either sprecovery or clockwork. As Tparker says either will block the OTA.
