Cobalt is one of the longest running themes around. It is also one of the most complete. This theme is meant to be used with the theme chooser which can be found in Roms like CyanogenMod, AOKP, or Carbon. This is not a launcher theme and you will have to be on an AOSP CM style rom for this to work. With this being a theme chooser theme every aspect of the Rom will be themed including System UI, Framework.res, system, status bar, nav bar, calculator, dialer, contacts, sms, mms, gmail, and pretty much everything. Cobalt brings lots of blue and silver to your device. There is also lots of blacked out elements which really gives this theme a super clean look and feel. This will work with ICS, JB, or KK AOSP CM style roms.
