Forwarding Email Different one shows up

Not sure how to explain this so here goes. I receive an email either in my sbcglobal or gmail account and I forward it to someone else and a different email shows up in te person's inbox. It is crazy. Any suggestions. I have removed the email accounts and added them back still having the issue.
