For a week now, can't receive texts from other carriers

My Moto Droid won't receive texts from other carriers. I can still receive texts from verizon people. This problem started about a week ago.

I did some googling and found that it could be related to having my number ported from AT&T. But since it was working fine for about a month, I'm not sure that could be the issue.

I have already done a re-activate, battery pull, sd reformat, and complete system reset. No luck on any of those.

Already called verizon, of course they claim they have never heard of this issue. They suggested the battery pull, and if that didn't work to bring to a verizon store. I don't think the hardware is the problem, but I can't be absolutely sure. I don't want to waste time at the verizon store without checking here first.

Any ideas?

do a recovery. if that doesn't work go to verizon store and get you a new phone that just sounds crazy bogus bullcrap!

As stated in my post, already did a full recovery. It's not the phone; activating any verizon phone with my number results in the same behavior. Something is hosed with my account and they can't figure it out.
