folders acting odd

Lately some of the folders on my home screen just won't open when I press them. If I erase and then rebuild the folder it will work but for folders that have 10 or more apps that's just way to much work. Anyone else having similar issues or maybe know a remedy that doesn't involve rebooting?

Same problem. Only solution so far is to power off/on. Hopefully the issue will be in the update.
