Flash 10.1 update?

So I don't know if my computer is just slow, or I have not tried to view anything with flash in the past couple months...
but yesterday I was prompted after trying to watch a video online to download Flash 10 on my laptop........

Has 10 just recently been released for CPUs just not for mobile/Android?

Anyone hear of anything?
