First phone?

Does anyone remember or even have their first cellphone? Mine was Verizon's now discontinued Samsung SCH-A650.

I don't remember the evact name but it was a motorola brick phone. I actually have it somewhere. Occasionally I'll be cleaning out my closet and find it and just laugh.

i cant remember what it was exactly, but it was a motorola flip phone. i say flip, but it was just a flap that flipped out to expose the buttons. it also had an antenna you had to pull out.

something awfully close to this, just a little newer:

My first cell phone was some old Nokia from like 1992. My dad had it first then he got a StarTac and gave me the Nokia...that was in '96 or '97. After that:

Some Verizon-branded phone ('99)
Motorola v60i ('01)
LG VX3200 ('04)
LG VX8300 ('06)
LG Dare ('08)
Motorola Droid X ('10)

I think the only one I have in my possession still is the 3200. The Nokia and Verizon phones were recycled, the v60 went to my brother cuz he kept breaking his, I "broke" the 8300 (fortunately just as I was about to upgrade anyway and had the 3200 to fall back on for a couple days), and I sold the Dare once I got the X.

I don't remember the exact phone, but it was with Sprint because they were the only company that didn't require a deposit at the time. It came with two colors that you could switch out and I thought it was so cool lol.
