My name is Kenny and I'm new to this site and to smart phones in general.
My problem is I have a Sprint Galaxy S lll and had it Flashed over to Cricket. All was good untill I got a update notification and ok'ed it. It turns out it was sprint sending me the update and it messed up my phone. My carrier ( Cricket ) tells me they dont Flash phones anymore that i'll have to reflash phone on my own. Please help. How do I get my phone back to hiw it was before the update ?
