Not my normal greeting, but this droid has defeated me like no piece of technology has ever come close! Humiliated, is too kind. 24+ hrs trying to add a live.com email to this ***** device qualifies moron status. Can anyone rescue a moron & her phone??

How are you trying to add your email to your phone? Under the "email" app or with the "Hotmail" app in the Play Store?
