Fax over 4G?

Just wondering if there's some new fangled tech that could let me connect my home fax over 4G LTE. I've read older articles stating this was not possible. Anything new to change this?

a search of "fax" on Google Play brings up many free and paid apps that may have the functionality you are looking for

Thanks for the reply. I'm not looking for an efax type of app. Ideally, I'd like to connect my wifi enabled printer/fax machine in the absence of a land line.
