Facial Recognition

I read on pdadb.net that the Droid has facial recognition. Even Boy Genius stated this at one point before it was released. I cant seem to find any apps for it though. Am I missing something or was this scratched before it went into production?

I am pretty sure that refers to camera focusing.

Hmmm I dunno if this counts but when I was making contact photos from my friend's facebook images, it automatically reconized the faces and give you a "recommended" zoom in/cropping setting to make the contact photo. I think this is what it meant? I saw it in a review too.
