facebook videos not working?

Is there a way to watch videos that are uploaded on facebook? When I try to play it, it will be a blank black screen with a cube in the middle?

Has there been anyone who are willing to watch videos on facebook?

You can not watch them because our phones are not "flash" capable, yet that is!

Perhaps there is a better place to ask this question, but does anyone know when flash is going to be available? Just curious.
