Exchange Syncing-Editing in Droid causes Font Changes in Outlook

When the description part of a contact, calendar event, or task is edited on the Droid (using Droid 4)and saved, then opened in Outlook (using Outlook 2010), the fonts are changed. The top line becomes blue & a much larger font, like a header. The lines below it are normal until there is a space in the lines, then it treats the next line as a header. I am wondering if there is some setting in the Droid, or some way to make it stop messing with the fonts.
