Encrypted file

I'm looking for an app that can create / edit / open an encrypted text file.
I'm looking for 1 that only has the ability to modify sd card content. No internet access.

So I would need to give a password in order to open the file and see the contents. Then I could copy to the clipboard at will.

Any good apps?

I use APG since I like using asymmetric encryption with GnuPG keys. This might not be your cup of tea.

Thanks. Seems to do the job. I don't really feel comfortable with an encryption app that has internet access though. Wish there was one that didn't.
